Citizen portal and customer account

Hi, we are fairly new to Liberty Create at Bracknell Forest Council and are keen to learn from colleagues and find out about their experiences. One thing I would like to know about is the process of setting up the Citizen Portal and customer accounts. I am particularly interested in hearing if anyone had had to migrate of of existing portals and how this has been managed so as not to confuse users.
