Converse Contact Centre home working

Hi all, just a quick reminder to all Converse Contact Centre users, Converse (and older Liberty 59R, and even SEMAP+ platforms) fully support home working. There are no licensing restrictions to stop you upping sticks and running all your contact centres remotely with Agents home working on mobiles etc. Just remember, if you are a home worker Agent now using mobiles, either disable voicemail on the mobile itself, or, for Administrators, in the Queue settings enable the following feature. It will mean Agents accept calls with a key press even if the calls gets forwarded to voicemail by the mobile itself.
