Within the Interactions help sheet it states, " Transcript - This tab is available for media types email and messaging. A transcript of the interaction is displayed and, if the setting is enabled in group settings, the transcript can be downloaded by clicking the download icon." I cannot find where in Settings I can enact this for messaging (we have the ability to download transcripts for emails). Is anyone able to signpost me please?
