Email routing rules

Hi, is there any way of using email routing rules to send an email to an external mailbox using filters and conditions? We get a lot of emails in to one of our queues which we just forward on to an external mailbox that does not use Converse. Ideally, i’d like to be able to send the email directly to the appropriate mailbox using Routing Rules.

Hi Ross, the Email Routing Rules in Converse are only able to route to Contact Centre group / queue / skill or discard the email.

However, I would have thought it should be possible to implement a rule within the original O365 mailbox to do exactly as you have described?
