Evening,
We where hoping to go live with out resident portal today, but after performing a full push to live environment we found a number of areas not working.
We are not getting a bin calendar when logging into the live portal and we are also not getting status updates back (again, we had the issue before) from Whitespace.
We have been in contact with Whitespace and they have provided a new secure API url link with username and password but it is still not working.
When we log in the detective is showing the following:
- 16:42:52.0578 Rule WS Portal User > Logged On > Refresh Whitespace Data skipped because no records exist in the act upon path
- 16:42:52.0629 Saved Record 1574781 - ******@gmail.com (Portal User) in 0.0051s
- 16:42:52.1505 Invalid field path - “:undefined”
The rule is skipped that calls the bin calendar and we get the undefined filed path.
Could some help use and point us in the direction to fix this as we are now having to postpone our launch of the citizen/resident portal.
Also everything worked fine in build and test.
