Issue with a subset

Hi
When ‘Valid’ is clicked on a case that is under ‘Waste container requests to be evaluated’ queue this case should move to ‘Supply containers damaged or lost by Crew’ queue

I have added a subset to ‘Supply containers damaged or lost by Crew’ queue. But this is not working. I think there is something wrong with the subset. Could someone help me with this please?

Dear Mahiri,

Can you please add the ‘Predefined Filters’ of your subset to this post? Without looking at the configs of your subsets it is difficult to say why is it not working.
Also please elaborate if the case is not moving to the right queue i.e. ‘Supply containers damaged or lost by Crew’ once you click the ‘Valid’ link against it?
