Liberty Connect - Make decisions within your bot flow

A new feature rolled out last night on Liberty Connect (so not so much Coming Soon but Already Here!)

You can now transition to another path or flow based on certain conditions being true or not using a Decision state. For example, you might choose to send different messages depending on whether you’re currently in or outside of your business hours. This sort of behaviour was (and still is) possible by having multiple flows with different trigger conditions, but the Decision state allows you to keep the logic inside your flow for greater flexibility.
