I have a question from a supervisor with regards to an issue with emails sitting with users resulting in calls not superseding emails. My understanding of Utilisation on the Group is limited so before I make any changes to the config can anyone direct me to any guidance or experience with this?
Hi, I searched the Converse help docs for “Utilisation” and that helped me. I found that the default setting of messaging and calls Can Interrupt emails worked well, so we didn’t change them.
