Liberty V4 Reporting on Dialogue useage

I have created a few dialogues that pass calls to devices external to Netcall, mobiles, physical handset etc.
Can someone let me know how I can get reports that show the volume of calls and where appropriate what options were pressed? I need to be able to schedule the report to send to a user.
I’m new to the platform so any instructions would need to be spoonfeed.
