Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has built anything on Create related to performance agreements/appraisals?

We are looking at potentially working on a build that has a workflow around the setting, managing and monitoring of objectives across the year.

I thought it was worth checking whether anyone has any insights they can share on this before diving in to our own build!

Hi Henry,

We have an app on AppShare called ‘Skills Matrix’ which is designed to provide an organisation with the features to capture their staff members skills, scoring themselves out of 10 for each skill and providing comments on these skills. Although it is not exactly an appraisals/agreements managing app but I believe it can give you a good start.
