Rating presenter with smiley faces

Does anyone use a rating presenter which incorporates face emojis (i.e. happy, sad, neutral).

We have been exploring using the star rating presenter but that only seems to allow the use of one image in different colours?

There is a RAG status Presenter that maybe useful to your requirements:

I believe this can have different icons. such as your smiley faces :slight_smile:
