We are relatively new to the platform. We have form with picklist values, if picklist A is selected we want the email to be sent to a group of users example Group A however if picklist B is selected then we would want the email to be sent to another group of users Group B.
Happy to jump on a call if needed to take some guidance on this one.

There’s a couple of different ways to do this. I would recommend having a single email triggered by a rule with 2 different subsets on them that pick up whether picklist A or B has been selected:

Absolutely. You could have as many recipient entries as you need, each with their own subset and list of actual recipient addresses.
