I could be missing something but, I have a subpage that has a form widget on my page however other widgets can’t use the form property fields in this subpage for dependencies or visibility requirements. Is this achievable ?

Just to clarify, are you trying to create dependencies/visibility requirements from widgets on your page to the content on your subpage widget? If so, then this is unfortunately not supported. Dependencies/Visibility Requirements can only be created between widgets on the same page, not it’s respective child pages.
