Does anyone have a different presenter for entering into a time field, we don’t like the sliders that come out of the box, even just typing in would be okay.

You can just ignore the presenter and type date time information into the box as a last resort! There is no way of hiding it though. A text/single line type presenter would be possible though with some form of control over formatting - I have something similar for a specific format of reference number that would make a good base.
I haven’t seen any alternative presenter around, but if you can provide an example, I can take a look see whether it would be possible to build a more advanced one.
