I am pleased to announce that yesterday we crowned our winners for the App of the Year competition. All the entries were very strong but the following stood out as the deserved winners of the category awards:
The Digital Transformation Award - Hampshire Trust Bank - Broker Portal for Intermediaries
The Customer Experience Award – NHBC - Technology Assisted Inspections (TAI)
The Innovation Award - Bonfire Creative Intelligence - Piece of Kind
Now finally the overall winner of App of the Year competition:
The 2020 Netcall App of the Year Award - Cumbria County Council - Track and Trace
Cumbria’s Track and Trace App was the first to launch in the UK and delivered in just 10 days. It is now helping to reduce the COVID impact on the community with 97.1% of contacts traced compared with 62.4% nationally.
Finally, we also wanted to say a big thank you to the runners up who also put forward some fantastic apps. Two in particular that deserve a special mention, Adur & Worthing Councils, and Croydon Council.
