When API records are deleted does this recover disk space immediately, or are they retained on the disk until a daily or weekly purge script runs?

Hi Nicky,
How are you deleting the records? Deleted records will be retained in the DB in-line with the object deleted record persistence unless you have used a rule set to destroy the data.
