LocalDigital - App in a week
We’ve been working with our low-code community Chief Digital Officers (CDO) in line with one of our community’s key goals of collaboration, so, linked with that, this spring we are launching our first local digital ‘App in Week’ project.
Starting on Tuesday 23rd Feb, we’ll begin a design sprint to deliver a Citizen Hub module to the AppShare library for everyone to share.
Your wish list matters:
We want you to join in now! Just tell us in the very short survey linked below about your top three processes on your current design schedule, and we can work with you and Create the selected CH module in our “App in a Week” project, and share it on the AppShare.
Our CDO committee will also assist us in creating the shortlist from the most requested processes. Then, on Tuesday 23rd February, you can log-in to the hackathon where we take the top voted process and work through a design sprint to scope out the challenge.
Our plan is, along with Council advisors, we’ll use the power of low-code to build an app within a week and share it to help all our Local Government members.
And there is more, for our Housing Associations we’ll be running a specialist Housing “App in a Week” as well from 22nd March!!
