Can agents log in once and jump from Converse to Citizen Hub to Host without extra log in requests?

We have configured Citizen hub and Host with SSO but agents are asked to login to CH from Converse also from Create to Hosts. The test Agent is a User in Host and Central:

  1. Agent opens Converse and SSO logs them in.
  2. Agent clicks CH logo (from Converse) and prompted to log in.
  3. Agent clicks a Case ref in Central and prompted to log into Host.

We have not configured a group for the case type yet in Central. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
