We have configured Citizen hub and Host with SSO but agents are asked to login to CH from Converse also from Create to Hosts. The test Agent is a User in Host and Central:
- Agent opens Converse and SSO logs them in.
- Agent clicks CH logo (from Converse) and prompted to log in.
- Agent clicks a Case ref in Central and prompted to log into Host.
We have not configured a group for the case type yet in Central. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
