As part of the Government’s funding for those affected by COVID-19 there is a Test and Trace Support and Discretionary Support payment of £500. This support payment is for those with low incomes and who are not able to work from home if they have a positive COVID-19 test. It is hoped that the support payment will help encourage those with low incomes to get a test and help prevent the spread of the COVID virus.
The scheme started on 28 September 2020 and will last until 31st January 2021. Local Authorities are required to have arrangements in place to administer these support payments.
The Citizen Hub module was created by South Hams District and West Devon Borough Council’s to administer the application for and processing of these support payments.
The Citizen Hub Test and Trace Support Payment module is now available in the AppShare. The module is available here
