In this event Clare Evans, Corporate Services Manager from Tewkesbury Borough Council, will be talking to us about their implementation of Liberty Create, the Citizen Hub Framework and what they have achieved in the last 6 months. Clare will talk us through the reasons why they moved to Netcall, what they were hoping to achieve and will give us an insight into their future plans.
We will have a look at two of their services, Bulky Waste and Missed Bins, where they have seen significant service improvements by digitally transforming the services. We look forward to seeing you at the session.
