Customising the default login screen

Is it possible to customise the default login screen or is that something that Netcall would have to do?

I’d also like to add a username/password login box to our current ‘welcome’ page. It has a link to the default login screen at the moment for existing users, but I’d like to know if it’s possible to have the username and password boxes directly on the Welcome page.
