I am wanting to create an email that can be sent by the back office that has the ability to select paragraphs from some created centrally. We don’t want a fixed message but for consistency and time saving we would like to have standard paragraphs to choose from.
I thought I had seen that this was possible but now I can’t find any reference to this or how it might be possible. So my question is, can it be done and if it can how?
