iESE has set up a 3-minute survey to collect local authorities’ lessons from across the sector and give them back for you to use. As a participant, you’ll get the results during a live panel debate on Thursday 28th January, along with an online report. Just follow the link below.
This debate will be led by Dr Peter Bishop, Director for Digital & Customer Services of Birmingham City Council, and Dr Andrew Larner CEO of iESE who will explore these themes and suggest some further best practice.
