With Chirstmas fast approaching, we thought might be an idea to run a workshop for our community members on how they can prepare their Dialogues in advance of the 24th December 2020 at 4pm!
Jonathan Redsell, one of our senior trainers, will show:
- Ensuring your Timeplans are in great shape
- Talking through how to check and setup the timeplans in the correct way
- Checking your Timeplan Date Lists
- Ensuring the correct bank holidays are in their system ready for the Christmas period
- Creating any customised recordings
- Recording via the phone or using software such as Audacity to record and upload a custom prompt in Dialogue Builder
