Hi, Just wondering if anyone has created anything to notify contact handlers when colleagues are on annual leave. We have a status which colleagues can update however we often find that this is often not updated and results in cases assigned to peoples absence. Our HR system doesn’t have any API’s available to feed Create so wondered if anyone had created any alternative solutions, a feed from outlook perhaps? Thank you in advance.
