As per my last blog, progress continues with importing historic data for courses and learning paths from the old learning platform to the Netcall Academy. We are still on track, and very soon all your old platform courses will automatically appear in your Academy My Learning page. Unfortunately, during this process, a small number of users may have received an email informing them they had been enrolled on a course. This is not the case. It was incorrectly triggered by the import of old course data. As it was sent in error, you don’t need to do anything, and we just wanted to say sorry. Hey, even the best Techies get it wrong sometimes.
