Did you know we have a variety of new eLearning courses related to our new Contact Centre solution, Liberty Converse CX in the Academy ?
These courses are designed to introduce Converse CX and its functionality and cover a variety of subjects for both Agent and Admin users. They can be found within the Netcall Academy by selecting the Learning by Solutions option followed by Liberty Converse CX.
