Operating Converse through Citrix VDI

Hi

Our customer services department uses Citrix VDI desktop through Igel devices.

All the applications including Netcall Converse are operated through Citrix VDI. I wanted to know if any authority are operating converse through VDI.

If so, I will appreciate if you can contact me at Chandra.Thakrar@leicester.gov.uk to understand their setup as we are having few issues.
