Ordering services on portal

We’ve got our portal running and have just added another service. I’m being asked if we can position it as the first service on the list but I can’t seem to get it up there.

I’m OK changing the columns but it’s changing the order within the column if this is possible.

could you add an integer field to remote service object called “portal order,” set a value for each then use this as your sort order on the list?
