Registration of birth/death/marriage

Good morning! We are looking to have functionality for registering births/deaths/marriage’s `but when looking at module there doesn’t seem to be any documentation to read with this particular module. We would appreciate any feedback from anyone who has used this or if someone happens to have the documentation for this we could view.

I checked with our teams internally, and unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a guidance document for this. I’ve put in a request for it to be created but I can’t provide a definite timeframe.
