After lots of interest and excitement for Safedesk’s first release a few weeks ago, we’re happy to announce that v2 is here. Alongside a little bug squashing and UI improvement, the team at Netcall have been improving it’s GDPR compliancy and reporting functionality.
Active data purging is now available, you’re able to set auto-deletes for users and bookings as well as locking out users, even if they have bookings coming up- without cancelling them!
Reporting is now available for all locations you have- set and name as many locations as you like, and see individual reports for each location.
