I have noted that the CitizenHub includes a Task object and corresponding pages on the Case viewport. Does anyone know anything about this functionality? I’ve looked in the documentation/forum/academy and can’t find anything about it. I dont remember it coming up in the CH training either. I dont want to start trying to use it and find it’s deprecated and due to be removed but likewise I dont want to replicate existing functionality needlessly.

The Task Objects are used when integrating with Liberty Converse to provide the ability to pass/create Task Interactions to be queued into the Contact Centre for completion.
