The new Support Portal, what will change?

As outlined in my last post in August, we are rolling out a new Support Portal in the Community, so the question is “do I need to do anything new to access this new resource?”.

The good news is we will be introducing this seamlessly, in fact the only change you will see is when you log into your Community account you will be met with a new look log-in screen, and that’s it!

You don’t need to do anything other than logging into the Community as normal, and, once logged in, you will be able to access the new Support Portal using the existing Support Menu options.

We hope you enjoy the benefits the new Support Portal brings, and, if you do have any issues, you can log it though the Portal itself, or, of course, by emailing us at community@netcall.com.
