I have started an application to manage replies to MP Enquiries. I have set it up as a service with both data and process objects and have created relationship paths in code studio. However, no matter what I try I cannot set up rules on the process map and any rules I create outside it are not available to use on pages. Also the Case Stage List and Advance widget do not work and any attempt to send automatic emails when a stage ends fails, although they work if sent manually. Is there something else I should be doing?

Afternoon Gebrad, it sounds to me like you are doing everything correctly. When you state you cannot add rules to your process what is it you are seeing exactly?
Please message me directly with some screenshots of your object model and your process please.
