As we expand our portfolio with new products, our sections within the Community do so as well.
In the recent months we have added Converse CX and Liberty Spark as new solutions within the Netcall Community. Did you know you can get notified when we post about new releases?
The Forum is divided in different sections, in each of them you can select the 
icon to be notified via email of when we post a new blog. This way, you can always be in the know of what events we are hosting, product updates and new launches.
We also have this feature within the Ideas Portal. If you want to be notified of when new ideas within a product have been posted, you can update your preferences by clicking on 
and selecting what you wish to be notified on. It will look something like this:
