We hope you all enjoy the new Community and Appshare, and to help you settle into the new site I wanted to explain some of the rebranding changes. Firstly, as you may know, MatsSoft and Netcall have been a couple for nearly 2 years, so we decided it was time to tie the knot! As such, the name MatsSoft has gone, and we are now known jointly as Netcall, but, don’t worry, it’s all the same people behind the scenes working hard to deliver great solutions. Talking of solutions, we have some big changes here as well. Everything is now offered on our single Liberty platform. MATS, our low code offering, becomes “Liberty Create”, and our Contact Centre / Customer engagement solution becomes “Liberty Converse”. So whether you’re a Liberty Create, or Liberty Converse user, the new Netcall Community and AppShare is here to help, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
