What’s new in Liberty Converse v5.12.2

Hey everyone,

We are delighted to announce that Liberty Converse v5.12.2 is now available.

We have a few updates that have been incorporated into this version, of which include:

  • Collection of improvements to Workforce Managemen t - includes the ability to define whether a shift is office-based or remote so you can see where team members are working and busy codes types that allow you to report on whether agent breaks were for planned activities (e.g. a 1-2-1), planned breaks (e.g. lunch) or just ad hoc.
  • New expand/collapse button on the Interaction Details panel which allows agents more room to display CRM pages. This is particularly useful for customers running Liberty Converse alongside Patient Hub, Citizen Hub and Tenant Hub.
  • Update to the Saved Reports API that allows to provide custom start and end dates.
  • Added the ability to specify the SIP trunk to use based on the matched Number Range rule of the number to dial so that specific number types can be forced down a specific trunk.

We’ve also fixed a number of bugs and updated many of the third-party components in order to resolve new security vulnerabilities.

You can find some release notes on previous major updates within the docs section in the Community.

Got an idea that you think should be included on our next update? Why not suggest it in our ideas portal!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask

thanks
