2 Questions about webchat and Accessibility

Good afternoon.
1 - I am wondering if anyone has had issues with screen readers and the Connect Webchat. Using a screen reader to navigate the webchat, when a customer is presented with a series of options, the screen reader remains silent. The customer doesn’t know they have been answered unless they cycle back and “reread” the screen.
2 - The “Enter your message” text, and the Emoji and Send icons are quite faint. Is it possible to increase the contrast.
