As we wrap up 2025 and welcome in 2026, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate everything we’ve achieved together over the past year and share a little of what’s coming next.
2025 Highlights
It’s been an incredible year across the Community:

Our Community keeps growing, now with over 11,000 members!

The Forum thrived with nearly 1,900 posts, and thanks to you and plenty of Netcall stars, questions across all our solutions continue to be answered quickly and expertly.

The Academy had a brilliant year with 234 courses now available and an amazing 6,664 courses completed.

AppShare gained even more new content, including additions for RPA and Patient Hub.

In the Ideas Portal, you submitted 804 ideas, many now shaping real product releases.

The Docs Portal continued to evolve to keep pace with our expanding portfolio.

And we relaunched our monthly Online Events again, giving us more chances to share product news, features, and insights with you.
Your engagement, whether in the Forum, Ideas Portal, or Academy, has been inspiring. Thank you for the energy, ideas, and collaboration you’ve brought throughout the year.
Looking Ahead to 2026
We’ve got an exciting year planned:

We’ll continue improving all areas of the Community, but the big news is that in 2026, we’ll be launching an all‑new Community platform! Built largely on Netcall technology, it will offer a personalised experience and clearer, solution‑based navigation that truly reflects what Netcall delivers today.

And (at the risk of being fired, as I am sharing this a little early), we’ll also be launching a brand‑new Support Portal with improved fault‑logging features and better support for third‑party and multi‑user customer support setups.
