Can we read data from the Netcall database server in our organisation.

Hi there Jonathan. In short, the answer is no, not directly anyway.

You can use the API Keys within Liberty Converse to pull call recording archives and report data to export the Contact Centre date from the DB to external applications such as Excel/PowerBI or another database.
