Does anyone know of a way to add additional options to the state field on processes?
Hi. The State Attribute cannot be edited, as this is used by Create to manage case progression so the states need to be standardised.
However if you have a different list of states you might want to use for your own purposes, you can add a Choice Property to the case to store those. They will not impact the built-in State field, and you will need to set the relevant value at the relevant times, but this allows you to have more granular or context-specific status as required for your use case.
