Adding new tabs to the top tabs

Can’t seem to find the location to add new tabs to the top of the page in Liberty Converse. Where abouts would this be done?

Hi Craig, when you say new tabs, could you expand on this a little for me? (When do they display/ when do you want them to show). That way, I can advise on the best route for you.
