Advise Average Wait Time

I see there is a Play Queue Postion option but could there also be a Play Average Wait Time aswell

i.e. You are currently number 5 in the queue and the average wait time is currently 2 minutes

Hi Colin. In Liberty Converse V5 there is a setting for this in each Queue. If you go into the Queue Settings, in the same section of Wait Time you can select Announce Estimated Time To Answer from No to either Yes (play every comfort message) or Once Only (only play Once).

If you are using Converse CX. Then in your InQueue Flow you can find the Queue Position Block within the flow and adjust this setting here.

So does it get the estimated wait time from he current average wait time? Using Converse CX

i.e. we don’t have to keep resetting it, is is dynamic in the system to the current timings?

Yes indeed. Tou don’t need to do anything other than enable it.
