HI Conrad, you would need to use the Evaluations report to view this.
This is separate from the interactions report.

I assume that an evaluation is always carried out on an interaction? E.g., a call is listened to and assessed? If that’s the case, what I need is that interaction ID to be visible in the Evaluations report. That way I can link it to all the other data about the interaction (skill, activity code, team, etc.) which would be a massive boon to our reporting.
