Hi,
I’m trying to get the figures of agent interactions from auditlog or/and Interactions report but I’m unable to get the same figures as the agent summary report. There seems to be a mismatch by a few. Could someone post the criteria or the explanation behind the figures on Agent summary report?

Thank you for posting on community. If you feel there is a discrepancy between the count of interactions in the Interactions Report vs the Agent Summary report then please raise a ticket with our support team by emailing support@netcall.com.
