API for Interactions and Agent Status Breakdown daily report

Can you advice our Preformance Information team how we can pull off daily Interactions and Agent Status Breakdown Reports on a daily basis using a API key for all the contact centre groups at Moorfields?

Hi Kumar,

I spoke with Norberto yesterday and we went through various reports together. It is not possible to report on all contact centre groups in single API call. You would need to invoke for each group in turn.

This is because data for each group is generally unrelated and wouldn’t make any sense to combine it. In addition, if we were to allow a single request for data from all groups, this could result in a very large response payload which could impact the performance of the Converse system.
