Applying skill templates as a whole

We have just upgraded to 5.12.9 and have noticed we cant apply skill templates like we used to on the management tab and clicking the box next to NAME to select all. When we select all the agents, click APPLY TEMPLATE, and apply the default template, it isn’t working? We used to do this at the end of every day to reset peoples skills to their default which was really quick and easy. Is this function not available now or is there another way we can do it as a whole please?
