Are xlsm files no longer supported?

Would anyone know if uploading xlsm files is no longer supported or if the issue a bug in which case I will raise a ticket with support?

I used to be able to upload alsm(marco enabled) file into the netcall application in 2024 but it seems now it does allow for it despite allowing for xlsm file in the data object

I think this may be a bug, this is the second time I have heard it this week. I removed the restrictions and it worked for me which wasn’t an issue, but I am not sure of your setup so I would raise this to get it looked at.

Any issues let me know.

I recently had some issues with adding restricting files until I realised you can set the restrictions in two places.

1/2 on the Documents object under Settings > File Format

2/2 on the File object itself (I note that this is a Property on some of our hosts, and an Attribute on others?).

Might be worth checking if you have a property for “File” on your documents object (not an Attribute), and if so what’s its restrictions are set to.

Cheers tried that first turned out to be a bug. Netcall provided as patch to fix. All good now.
