Assigning certain shifts to media

Hi,
If I create shifts and a specific rota for agents, can I assign what media they are doing between these times for example;
On a Monday, Tuesday & Friday AN.Other will be on incoming customer call between 8am - 3pm and then from 3pm - 5pm on emails etc.
Also can we create own our media? So, expand on the task element. We currently work on a manual rota and would like to build it into Netcall to maximise productivity and accountability.

Would be good as well if could link to a skills template, so on example above at 3pm template applied to agent automatically changed.
