Hi
I have ran the audit log on the Platform area of Liberty Converse and it only appears to show the log in times not the log out times. I need to check the times of those with supervisor functions so those who are not taking calls but are logging in to Converse.

Hi, @Vanessa the system doesn’t log when users log out of the app (rather than logging out of a Group like an Agent would).
Can I ask for further detail of what you are looking to achieve? Perhaps there is a way of finding this using other methods.
You may also like to add this feature to our Ideas page (link at the top of the community). This allows you (and all community members) to log your own ideas and view and upvote other’s ideas. You can also monitor the status to see how it’s progressing.
